Toen Janny van der Heijden de hogeschool verliet, voorzien van haar diploma in Taal- en Letterkunde, had men niet verwacht dat ze een autoriteit in de culinaire wereld zou worden. Haar academische roots ten spijt, ontdekte ze haar echte roeping in de wereld van het koken.
