Ein entscheidender Wendepunkt
Zu Beginn des Jahres 2016 fasste Lexi den Entschluss, ihr Leben ein für alle Mal umzukrempeln. Einerseits quälte sie das Unbehagen in ihrem eigenen Körper, andererseits ließen sich auch ihre gesundheitlichen Probleme nicht mehr länger ignorieren. Danny entschied sich, seine Frau bei ihrem Vorhaben zu unterstützen, obwohl er eigentlich fast keine Wahl hatte.
Denn auch er wurde sich bewusst, dass ihr gemeinsamer Lebensstil bedenklich war und die Vision einer gemeinsamen Zukunft, die besser und gesünder ist, spornte ihn an. Aber das war nicht alles, was ihn antrieb. Danny träumte von Kindern und wollte unbedingt fit genug sein, um sich gut um sie zu kümmern und mit ihnen spielen zu können.
