Dave Cash era conocido por ser uno de los presentadores de radio británicas de la BBC Radio 1. Tuvo una carrera muy fructífera y muy establecida la cual duró 50 años. Trabajó con nombres como Tony Blackburn y Jimmy Young. Falleció el 21 de octubre del año 2016 de un ataque al corazón. En el año 2006 escribió su propia autobiografía, la cual trataba de un viaje que hizo a México acompañado de dos amigos. A pesar de ser muy reconocido en el Reino Unido, pocos saben que su carrera en la radio comenzó en Canadá.
