Basketball legend Scottie Pippen learned the hard way that selling a property isn’t a walk in the park when it took him 12 years to get rid of his $10.545 million Fort Lauderdale, Florida, home. The mansion built in 2004 covers 10,484 square feet and sits on a nearly $1.3 million 1-acre double lot bought in 2000.
It boasts a putting green, water fountains, theater, playground, fitness center, and an imposing outdoor NBA court. The six-time NBA champion relished the abode’s high-end amenities, such as six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two half-baths, a fitness center, a summer kitchen, a home theater, and a climate-controlled wine cellar.
