Nong Poy, born Saknarin Marnyaporn in Phang Nga, Thailand, is a renowned actress and model. At 17, she underwent gender-affirming surgery, a pivotal step that allowed her to embrace her true identity. In 2004, Poy’s elegance and poise earned her titles in the Miss Tiffany’s Universe and Miss International Queen pageants, catapulting her into the limelight.
Her transformation and striking beauty have led her to be dubbed ‘Thailand’s most beautiful transgender woman.’ Her acting career flourished, with roles in films like “The White Storm” and “From Vegas to Macau II,” which showcased her talent. In 2023, she married businessman Oak Phakwa Hongyok in a traditional ceremony in Phuket.
