Janet Jackson – 70 Pounds – Strict Diet & Workouts
Jackson has been in the spotlight alongside her brothers ever since she was a girl. She has been battling ongoing weight gain and appearance changes for years, and is now looking great as a 50-year old! In 2017, she welcomed her first child, and she then teamed up with trainer Paulette Sybliss to lose all her baby weight. Turns out that exercising for 1 hour 4 times a week worked wonders for Jackson, who didn’t do any cardio at all, as Sybliss revealed! She snapped back ever so gorgeously and we can only hope that the 50s are as kind on us.
