56. George Gaynes – CAUSAS NATURALES
George Gaynes, actor en Punky Brewster y las muchas, MUCHAS películas de Loca academia de policía, tuvo un comienzo tardío en el mundo de la actuación. Nació en Finlandia, sirvió en la marina real holandesa, y después se embarcó en un viaje hacia los Estados Unidos. Consiguió la ciudadanía y luego hizo algunos trabajos en Broadway, consiguiendo algunas partes en obras aquí y allá. Actuó en Tootsie, Cliente muerte no paga, y Tal como éramos, pero no fue hasta 1984 que Gaynes tuvo su gran oportunidad. Ese año, interpretó el papel del padre adoptivo Henry Warnimont en la serie Punky Brewster, en el cual la estrella infantil Soleil Moon Frye tuvo que lidiar con su excentricidades de viejo gruñón al mismo tiempo que ablandaba su áspero carácter.
