Adam Richman 70 Pounds – Vegan Diet & Exercise
Richman made his love of food career with his show called Man V. Food, where he showcased competitive eating talents. Richman gained a considerable amount of weight and suffered from depression until he retired from the show to focus on his health. The soccer enthusiast adopted a training regimen and a vegan diet similar to professional soccer players and lost 70 pounds in only 10 months. He achieved the success over a ten-month period and he joked that he could now have more room on planes. Fortunately, he also got back to hosting TV shows in 2014 after resigning from hosting in 2012.
