The estate begins with the understated and highly secure front gates. From the gates, a private drive extends into a valley and Costner owns the complete area.A forest with perfectly golden trees that collide with a wall of green pines at the bank of the a river that runs through the entire valley. The property has three lodges that can accommodate 34 guests.When you walk in it feels like you’re entering a five star lobby along with a wood burning double-sided fire place which is gorgeous.
