Auch wenn sie mit Markus Lanz viele Jahre zusammen war und sie sogar einen gemeinsamen Sohn haben, haben sie dennoch niemals geheiratet. Schon seit 3 Jahren ist sie zusammen mit Frank Spothelfer, einem Unternehmer, der in der Schweiz arbeitet und es sieht so aus, als würden die beiden bald heiraten, denn Frank hat um ihre Hand angehalten.
