Brandon Marshall – Southwest Ranches, Estimated $5 Million
After signing a two-year, $12 million contract with the New York Giants, Wide receiver Brandon Marshall let go of his off-season Southwest Ranches – Florida mansion at only $5 million (asking price). But while he is currently living in a rented apartment in New Jersey, the star athlete is also keeping an eye out for a property to purchase – because, what is the point living in a home you can’t mortgage for a loan, right? Marshall was most recently part of the New Orleans Saints but as of today, he is said to be a free agent.
