Celebrities come and go over the years, and we often forget about stars we used to love and idolize at one time during our lives. Sometimes, we even regard them as ‘dead’ if we haven’t heard about them in a while! However, you may be surprised to hear that some of the greatest actors, singers and other well-known public personalities are still very much alive and kicking! That’s why we’ve come up with this list to figure out who is still working or enjoying life in the next chapter of their lives – in retirement.

 Jane Fonda – 83

Jane Fonda is an American actress who has been known for her beauty. And she is still just as beautiful today at 83 years old. She has appeared in many famous films such as Coming Home and Klute, and her performances over the years have enabled her to win many great awards, including two Oscars. She has amassed a fantastic $200 million net worth throughout her career. During her days acting, and still to this day, she is a keen political activist. She is very active in trying to raise more awareness about civil rights.

 

Cindy Williams – 73

Cindy Williams is a famous actress, and rose to fame by playing the character Shirley Feeney in two TV sitcoms which were Happy Days and Laverne & Shirley. After appearing as Shirley for many years, she went on to land smaller roles in the likes of CBS short series The Normal Life. She then had guest appearances in hit shows such as 8 Simple Rules and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She also participated in several theatrical productions. Despite only have many smaller roles for most of her career, she has still amassed a $10 million net worth. She still appears on our TV screens every now and then.

Julie Newmar – 87

Julie Newmar, now 87, is perhaps best known as the actress who played Catwoman in the original Batman series on television. Newmar’s list of credits is equally long, having performed in many Broadway shows, including Marriage-Go-Round as well as several TV and movie productions. Her career prospects cross over roles of a writer, a dancer, a voice-over artist, a real estate mogul, and a businesswoman. She has invested in several real estate properties over the years, helping to add to her $5-million fortune. She has also invested in the fashion industry.
