Evangeline Lilly – Discovered While Walking Around Kelowna
Evangeline Lily is best known for portraying the role of Kate Austen in the show, Lost. Her road to stardom started when she was spotted walking around Kelowna, British Columbia by an agent from the Ford Modeling Agency. She later booked some TV commercials and small roles in TV shows. A friend encouraged her to go to the casting for Lost but she never really thought she would get the role. These days, she makes a lot of money in the acting scene and her most recent role is as Wasp/Hope Van Dyne in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
