Danny Trejo – Discovered On The Set Of Runaway Train
Danny Trejo once worked as a youth drug counselor. As he worked with a young castmember of Runaway Train, he was offered to act as an extra for the movie. Edward Bunker, who was an ex-convict like Trejo, was the screenwriter for the movie and he later hired him to help Eric Roberts with his boxing training for the movie. Impressed with Trejo’s work, director Andrei Konchalovsky gave Trejo a role as a boxer. He eventually landed notable parts in films like Heat and Machete. He still gets his earnings from acting to this day and his most recent portrayals were on The Flash and 3 From Hell.
