Nancy McKeon erlangte Ruhm, nachdem ihr die Rolle des Jo Polniaczek in der Show The Facts of Life übertragen wurde. Sie hat nie wirklich den gleichen Erfolg erzielt, den sie seit dem Ende der Show hatte. Ihr letzter schauspielerischer Auftritt war im Fernsehfilm Love Begins 2011, während sie 2018 bei Dancing with the Stars antrat.
