Chris Evans – $3.5 Million, Hollywood Hills

Chris Evans or better known as Captain America won the bidding war for his new $3.5-million, 4,599-square- foot home located in Laurel Canyon neighborhood in Hollywood Hills. The deluxe house comes with a huge open-concept kitchen, backyard complete with a fire pit, and pool with spa, where he can host a party for his Avengers teammates. Evans purchased the home in 2013, and, surprisingly, he hasn’t moved to another house since then, like other stars often do.

Lady Gaga  $5.25 Million, Hollywood Hills

Lady Gaga bought the former house of famed American musician Frank Zappa for $5.25 million. The Laurel Canyon estate in Hollywood Hills sits on over half an acre of land. The main house is 6,759 square feet and has seven bedrooms, six baths, and two guest rooms. There is also a rooftop tennis court, outdoor kitchen, pool, and recording studio where she works on her new songs.
