Candace Cameron-Bure – 22 Pounds – Lifestyle Overhaul
Thanks to her recent weight loss, Candace Cameron-Bure is in her best shape. The Full House actress credited the change to her vegan diet, although she still refuses to exclude eggs and fish from her meal plans. As part of her exercise routine, she incorporates a mixture of cardio and resistance training under the guidance of her personal trainer Kira Strokes, a well-known celebrity trainer. After discovering her new love for staying active, she now posts her workout routine regularly on Instagram for fans to see. At the age of 44, Candace is certainly looking her best.
