Seth Rogan has made us all laugh in several Hollywood blockbusters as a chubby comedian, and recently, after losing some weight for his role in the 2011 film Green Hornet, reported that Rogan managed to achieve his weight loss goal in just 10 weeks, and he lost an incredible 30 lbs. He explained that the first thing he switched up was his meals by consuming nutrient-dense foods with a low glycemic index. It helped to boost his energy levels while keeping him full longer.
