Er schaffte es, nach einem Magenbypass-Verfahren viel Gewicht zu verlieren, sah schlank und fast unkenntlich aus! Er durchlief die Operation im Jahr 2007 und am Ende rasierte er praktisch Jahre zusammen mit den Pfunden. Liles, der als unabhängiger Musikproduzent und CEO von 300 Entertainment tätig war, kann nun im Showbiz weiter glänzen, ohne sich um seine Gesundheit zu sorgen, wie er es früher getan hat.
