Chris Pratt – 30 Pfund – Diät & Sport
Nachdem Pratt für die Rolle von Scott Hatteberg im Film Moneyball als zu schwer abgelehnt wurde, war er entschlossen, die Rolle zu gewinnen, und der 280 Pfund schwere Star machte sich direkt auf den Weg ins Fitnessstudio. Pratt ließ 30 Pfund fallen und schickte dem Casting Director ein Foto und erhielt sofort das Teil. Er mochte sein neues Aussehen so sehr, dass er weiterhin Muskeln aufbaute und sich in den Hollywood-Hunk verwandelte, den wir kennen und lieben. Er verlor 2014 das meiste Gewicht, indem er 60 Pfund in nur 6 Monaten für die Rolle von Guardians Of The Galaxy als Peter Quill fallen ließ.
