Perder tanto peso a fez parecer mais jovem do que a sua idade real e, para sua informação, Rachael tem 50 anos. Rachael começou a perder peso após a cirurgia na garganta, onde seu médico pediu que ela descansasse por 3 semanas. Ela começou em uma rotina de exercícios que envolve a mistura de cardio e treinamento de força. Mas todo esse peso não desapareceria se alguém não cuidasse do que comiam, o que significa que Rachael também estava de dieta, uma dieta mediterrânea para ser exata. Consome principalmente saladas, legumes e azeite extra-virgem e certificando-se de beber 8 copos de água por dia.
