Delta Burke – 60 Pfund – Diät & Sport
Die Schauspielerin Delta Burke ist seit langem eine Figur, die von den Boulevardzeitungen und Medien untersucht wurde. In den 70er Jahren war sie bei Schönheitswettbewerben dabei, was dazu führte, dass sie von ihrem Gewicht besessen wurde. Diese Fixierung verursachte Essstörungen und schwere Gewichtsprobleme. Nachdem er in den 90er Jahren stark zugenommen hatte und die Diagnose Typ-2-Diabetes bekämpft hatte, beschloss Burke, Maßnahmen zu ergreifen. Durch eine gesunde Ernährungs- und Bewegungsroutine gelang es Burke, ihr Gewicht zu senken (beeindruckende 60 Pfund weniger) und es jetzt auch viel besser zu halten.
