Christina Aguilera hatte immer Schwierigkeiten, ihr Gewicht zu halten, besonders nach der Geburt ihres zweiten Kindes, als sie auf 200 Pfund aufblähte, was bei etwas über 5 Fuß Höhe reichlich ist. Die ehemalige The Voice Richterin schaffte es schnell, schlank zu werden und zu ihren Kurven zurückzukehren und sieht nun wieder toll aus. Angeblich arbeitete sie mit einem Mahlzeitenvorbereitungsdienst namens The Fresh Diet zusammen. Außerdem gelang es ihr, ihren Stress einzudämmen, was sie oft dazu brachte, mehr zu essen, als sie eigentlich brauchte. Insgesamt verlor sie im Jahr 2015 schätzungsweise 50 Pfund, indem sie auch eine dringend benötigte Pause von ihrem hektischen Arbeitsplan nahm, um sich auf die Erziehung ihres Sohnes und ihrer Musik zu konzentrieren.
