But don’t think about celebrating unless your bank account boasts a buoyant $4.25 million or the mortgage equivalent of buying a house that expensive. If not, maybe you could wait until she puts her $8.5-million villa in Miami on the market, too. Who knows, you could probably be a millionaire by that time.
