Sela Ward – Once And Again, born in 1956
Nearly ten years ago, Sela Ward made a revelation to USA Today, claiming that she could no longer maintain her fit figure as her youthful metabolism has since left her. However, a decade later, and now standing at 61 years old, Ward looks better than ever. In the photo above that was taken in 2011 in West Hollywood, Ward is spotted to still sport that youthful glow and body that she rocked since years ago. She reveals that her body figure relies on three cardio workouts per day, spent mostly on her Stairmaster.
